Returns and Refunds
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as per our policy.

- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and the products must be unopened.
- Refunds or exchanges are not entertained beyond 24 hours from the delivery.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
- Definitions:
- (i) “Buyer” refers to a user who places an order for products or services on the FitCrop website.
- (ii) “Order” denotes a binding purchase order placed by a Buyer on the website.
- (iii) “Website” pertains to ‘www.fitcrop.in’ and any instances of the same.
- (iv) “Product defects” include damage in packaging and expired products only.
