Returns and Refunds
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as per our policy.
For any issues related to product defects, refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach out to us via email at support@fitcrop.in or by calling +91 97017 97979. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and the products must be unopened. Refunds or exchanges are not entertained beyond 24 hours from the delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
Refund and Return:
We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery. Once the return request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank within 7-10 days through the original mode of payment.
Replacement Policy:
Replacement requests are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, and the replaced product will be delivered within 2-3 days.
Definitions: (i) “Buyer” refers to a user who places an order for products or services on the FitCrop website. (ii) “Order” denotes a binding purchase order placed by a Buyer on the website. (iii) “Website” pertains to ‘www.fitcrop.in‘ and any instances of the same. (iv) “Product defects” include damage in packaging and expired products only.
